Ah~ You pose an intriguing question. Hmmm... The best way to make friends is to simply put yourself out there. Be yourself, as Tohru-kun would say. If you sit in a corner and ignore people, like Kyou-kun, you'll never make friends. Be outgoing and put yourself on the line.

I'm going to be starting Highschool soon and I have literally 1 friend. I was wondering if you all had any advice to make new friends and to adapt to teh new Highschool enviroment ^-^;
